POL-EKO^® on a business mission to Japan during Expo 2025 in Osaka

Japan is a country where tradition meets the future, and respect for innovation is part of everyday life. In May 2025, POL-EKO® had the honor of participating in a Business Mission to Japan, organized by Fundusz Górnośląski S.A. and the Silesian Voivodeship's Business inSilesia initiative, as part of the #InterGlobal project, co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027. Our presence at Expo 2025 in Osaka was not only an opportunity to promote our advanced technological solutions but, above all, a chance to establish direct relationships with Japanese companies and institutions.

Expo 2025 – promoting Polish technology and Silesia’s potential on the japanese market

During an intense week of meetings and presentations, we visited, among others, the Polish Pavilion, where the theme "Poland. Heritage that drives the future" perfectly reflected the spirit of our presence at the Expo. POL-EKO® proudly represented Silesian innovation in the field of precision laboratory equipment and environmental technologies. Our devices received significant interest from Japanese partners, opening up new development prospects for us in this demanding yet incredibly inspiring market.

Together with the best Silesian companies – joint promotion of the region worldwide

We had the honor of participating in this business mission alongside outstanding companies from our region. Together, we presented a broad spectrum of solutions that Silesia has to offer today – from medtech, IT, and environmental technologies to gaming and design.

Valuable experiences and new perspectives for POL-EKO® in Japan

POL-EKO® was represented on-site by Janina Bugla, who returned not only with new business contacts but also with valuable personal experience – learning about Japanese business culture, local expectations, and a unique approach to partnership. This was a valuable lesson that will help us better tailor our offer to the Japanese market and meet its high standards. We can confidently say – this is just the beginning of new opportunities for both POL-EKO® and the entire Silesian SME sector in the Far East.
