Precise temperature and humidity control

KKS Climatic Chambers – Precise Environmental Control

KKS climatic chambers are modern devices designed for demanding laboratory and industrial applications. With an advanced control system and a wide range of temperature and humidity regulation, they provide stable and precise conditions for research and stability testing.

Key Features:

  • Temperature range: 0…+60°C or 0...+100°C depending on the model
  • Humidity range: 10...90% RH
  • Steam humidification – precise humidity control
  • SMART PRO controller with a 7" touchscreen
  • Wi-Fi, LAN, USB – convenient monitoring and data download
  • Double doors (solid external, glass internal)
  • Automatic defrosting (NO FROST) – maintaining optimal device performance
  • Transport castors – easy mobility

Applications of KKS Climatic Chambers

  • Pharmaceutical stability testing in accordance with ICH Q1A guidelines
  • Testing of building materials, plastics, and electronics
  • Plant cultivation and phytotron research
  • Simulation of environmental conditions

SMART PRO Technology – Intelligent Control

The KKS chambers are equipped with an intuitive SMART PRO controller, enabling precise parameter regulation, test cycle programming, and remote condition monitoring.

Thanks to high-quality materials, including acid-resistant stainless steel (DIN 1.4301), the devices are not only durable but also easy to maintain hygiene.

KKS CLIMATIC CHAMBERS UP TO 100°C

The KKS series up to 100°C climate chambers are advanced units designed for precise control of temperature and humidity in laboratory and industrial conditions. Equipped with a SMART PRO controller with a 7" touch screen and remote monitoring and programming capabilities (LabDesk software), they enable accurate reproduction of a wide range of environmental conditions — from low temperatures up to 100°C and humidity from 10% to 90% RH. Thanks to steam humidification and forced air circulation, these chambers ensure stable conditions, which is crucial for the repeatability of research and testing.

KKS chambers are characterised by high precision and stability of parameters, acid-resistant stainless steel construction and a double-door design (solid outer door, glass inner door), which facilitates sample observation and maintains hygiene at work. Standard features include automatic defrosting (NO FROST), open door alarms, communication ports (Wi-Fi, LAN, USB) and data download capability.

KKS CLIMATIC CHAMBERS UP TO 60°C

The KKS series up to 60°C climate chambers are advanced environmental units designed for precise temperature and humidity control in a wide range of laboratory and industrial conditions where the maximum operating temperature does not exceed 60°C. Equipped with an intuitive SMART PRO controller with a touch screen, they allow for precise definition of test profiles and schedules, ensuring repeatability and stability of conditions with very low parameter deviation.

These chambers feature forced air circulation, a humidification and automatic defrosting system, and stainless steel construction inside and out for easy cleaning and durability. Additional features include parameter exceedance alarms, communication ports (USB/LAN/Wi-Fi), and remote monitoring and data download capabilities.

With an optimal temperature range of up to 60°C and precise humidity control, KKS chambers are widely used in product quality testing, material research, electronic component ageing tests, and environmental condition simulation. They are the ideal tool for research laboratories, quality control centres and R&D departments that need a reliable and flexible platform for climate and cyclic testing.

Nawilzacz parowy do komory klimatycznej

The KKS climatic chambers with steam humidifier do not emit ultrasounds and therefore allow insects breeding (e.g. Drosophila melanogaster). Compared to the KK chambers, they feature an extended temperature and humidity range and can be used for tests of electronics, plastic or building materials.
