Terms and Conditions for Data Transmission and Notifications in the Mobile Application
- Data Transmission and Charges: When using the mobile application, particularly during connections and receiving notifications, the app utilizes the data package assigned to the user’s mobile device. The user should be aware that data transmission may incur charges and be subject to limitations specified in the agreement with their mobile network operator or internet service provider.
- Internet Notifications: Notifications generated by the application are transmitted electronically using the internet infrastructure and data transmission networks of telecommunications operators.
- Limitation of Liability: The delivery of notifications depends on the proper functioning of the internet infrastructure and mobile networks. In the event of internet network issues at the device’s installation location or problems with the mobile device’s internet connection, notifications may not be delivered.
