Laboratory Shaker is the perfect assistant in preparing "moczka" (traditional Silesian X-mas dish)
Are you looking for the perfect equipment to prepare traditional Silesian "moczka"? Laboratory Shakers are your secret helpers! Get ready for culinary experiences you won't forget! To make the moczka preparation process even more efficient, an ideal solution is a cooled laboratory incubator with a built-in shaker! This allows maintaining a constant temperature during the preparation process and storage, influencing the final taste and consistency of your moczka.
What is "moczka"?
In every Silesian home, moczka is different, and here's one of many recipes:
Ingredients:
- 250 g peeled almonds
- 150 g whole peeled hazelnuts
- 100 g shelled walnuts
- 200 g dried plums with pits
- 150 g small dried figs
- 150 g raisins
- 200 g dried honey gingerbread
- lemon juice
- sugar
- salt
- 2 liters of fruit compote (e.g., strawberries and/or gooseberries)
Preparation:
Add whole peeled almonds to the boiling compote, cook for 15 minutes, then add whole hazelnuts, shortly after add dried plums with pits, raisins, figs, and finally, half-shelled walnuts. Grate or crumble the gingerbread, cook it in water or compote, add it to the mixture. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and bring the whole mixture to a boil. Over time, moczka will gain a pudding-like consistency.
Serving:
Serve moczka cold (a laboratory refrigerator will be useful for proper cooling), and there are also fans of warm moczka.
Fume Hood in every kitchen!
Christmas reminds us of various scents, but there are some that can spoil this symphony, so it's best to fry carp (or other fish) under a fume hood.
Cooled incubators ST and/or Laboratory Refrigerator are a "must-have" for Christmas and New Year's Eve
Cooled incubators ST with glass doors is the perfect companion for festive evening gatherings. A thermostatic cabinet with SMART PRO controller will ensure the perfect temperature for warm drinks with the scent of gingerbread and cloves, which you'll gladly enjoy after returning from a sleigh ride. For New Year's Eve, the perfect companion for house parties will be a laboratory refrigerator.
