POL-EKO® awarded UL certification for ST and CHL series

We are pleased to announce that our cooled incubators ST and laboratory refrigerators CHL (capacities 1–6) have officially received UL certification, approved by TÜV SÜD America Inc. This is a major step forward that opens up new opportunities for POL-EKO® on the United States and Canadian markets.

What does UL certification mean?

UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certification is one of the most recognized and demanding safety standards in the world. For our equipment, it means that:

  • it has passed detailed tests in terms of user safety,
  • it meets the stringent quality standards required in North America,
  • it can be offered without restrictions on the US and Canadian markets.

For our customers and business partners, this is a clear signal: POL-EKO® units meet global standards and are ready to work in the most demanding applications.

Which units are covered by the UL certification?

The UL certificate has been awarded to:

  • cooled incubators ST (capacities 1–6),
  • laboratory refrigerators (capacities 1–6)

These are units widely used in laboratories, research centers and industry — wherever precise temperature control is crucial for processes and test results.

Obtaining UL certification for the ST and CHL series is a continuation of our consistently implemented strategy. Previously, our SL series laboratory drying ovens and CL series laboratory incubators also received certification. As a result, more POL-EKO® product groups are now ready to enter the North American markets, strengthening our position as a manufacturer of equipment compliant with international standards.

Ready for even more laboratories and research centers

Thanks to the UL mark, our products are now prepared to:

  • reach an even greater number of laboratories and R&D units,
  • support research and control processes in the USA and Canada,
  • provide safety, precision and reliability in the daily work of users.

This is an important milestone for us — but certainly not the last one. We continue on our path towards global quality standards, expanding our portfolio of units that meet the expectations of the most demanding markets.
