POL-EKO new ownership structure

New Ownership Structure at POL-EKO®

In May 2025, the group of owners at POL-EKO® expanded with the addition of a new limited partner. Joining the existing co-owners – Aleksandra Polok-Kowalska and Lucyna Sidorowicz – was Małgorzata Szafarczyk, who currently serves as the company's CEO.

Małgorzata Szafarczyk has been with POL-EKO® for nearly 30 years. She has helped shape the company’s history from its very beginning, contributing to almost every stage of its development. Her dedication, industry expertise, and ability to build strong teams have made her a natural leader and one of the key architects behind the success of the POL-EKO® brand.

This is an important step that strengthens the foundations of our organization and supports its future development.
