In May, POL-EKO® had the pleasure of visiting our long-term distribution partner in Romania – NITECH. The visit was an opportunity to conduct intensive product and technical training aimed at strengthening our partner’s sales competencies in the Romanian market.

Comprehensive sales training – discover the POL-EKO® product range

During the visit, Dawid Legierski conducted an introductory training session for Nitech’s sales team. Participants had the opportunity to explore the full range of POL-EKO® laboratory equipment, learning in detail not only about the technical specifications of our units but also about our history, mission, and core values.

Particular emphasis was placed on:

  • Innovative solutions supporting laboratory operations
  • Top-level customer service and after-sales support

Advanced technical training – fume hoods, climatic chambers, CO₂ incubators

The next part of the visit was a specialized technical training session conducted by Mateusz Majewski. He focused on advanced aspects of:

  • Laboratory fume hoods
  • Climatic chambers
  • CO₂ incubators

The training included not only a presentation of the latest device functionalities but also practical applications and key topics related to installation, configuration, and field servicing. As a result, the Nitech team gained knowledge that will enable them to provide even better support to end users in the Romanian market.
